  • Operating Software Support - covered by Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd backed by Software Principal
  • Expertise Support - support by Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd and Dbora Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • Third Party Equipment - Support by Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd backed by third party equipment supplier.

Level of Support

Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd will provide two levels of support to the customer. First level of support for both hardware and software will be handled by Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd. In the even that Logic Hyper Link Systems Sdn Bhd is unable to handle the problems or service requests, these then will be escalated to principal for Sun, Compaq and HP.
